Walk into any situation with excitement and confidence. Let’s explore those areas that are filled with fear and gently work through them. Let’s focus on your natural strengths and build on them. Lets change your physical stance from stooping to striding out and shining wherever you go.
Honestly discuss those relationships that are difficult.
Lets say those things out loud. It’s just you and me in a safe environment where you can really say how you feel about people. There is no judgement here. Lets talk about how people make you feel, what you can do about it and how you can move forward. We can’t change the behaviour of other people but we can change our reaction, our boundaries and our responses.
Create your dream business, family and relationship.
Our lives are complicated, some weeks you may want to talk about your business goals for the whole session, some weeks you may want to talk about your annoying partner, boss, friend (or all three) and that’s fine. We are working towards happiness and success, confidence and joy in all areas. We will use tools for all areas but you choose what you bring to the session.
Manage stressful situations and find peace and serenity
There some weeks where we just feel overwhelmed and frazzled, where we are craving gentleness and peace and calm clarity. Bring that to the session, lets create a space for you to feel all of those. I will gently listen and tease out those stressful thoughts, let you sit with them and hold a space for you. This is not all about goal setting and moving forward, it is about you and all of your feelings and all of your emotions.
Let go off all those voices that are in your head saying you are not good enough, it’s not the right time, it’s too much money.
When did you last invest in yourself? When did you truly carve out space and time just for you, to think, to feel, to talk, to be heard? I get it completely, we feel guilty, we feel indulgent but as we look after our bodies in a gym, we need to look after our minds in the same way. Positive psychology and the techniques will enable you to build resilience, optimism and hope.

This 4-month coaching package helps you to gain clarity on the things most important to you. From the outset we will focus on the things that you are good at, and use them to design goals and practices to change, nurture and redevelop the areas of your life which aren’t fulfilling you.

On completion of the Gold or Silver packages, many of my clients make such substantial progress, that they want to continue with a monthly sessions to help with planning, relationships, life, maintaining a high level of positive mental health. I’ve created the Platinum package to deliver this ongoing support for you.

How My Process Works
Schedule a Discovery Call
Book your 30 minute chemistry call where we will talk about the areas that you would like to work on and get to know each other. This is to work out where we are a good fit and the timing is right for coaching. I will not make you make a decision on this call so please just come as you are for a relaxed conversation.
Complete my registration process
At the end of your discovery call I will send you a questionnaire to delve deeper into your coaching needs and to gather your details for processing. If you would like to take up coaching, complete the form and email it back to me. There is also a link to my scheduler to book your first 90 minute session. I will send you a contract and payment details.
Coaching starts
Your first session is 90 minutes. We will spend this session carefully going through your coaching requirements and planning the areas for priority. Our journey has begun and we will work out the best intervals between sessions for you and set any homework and questionnaires for you to prepare for the next session. I look forward to welcoming you.
